While I hate to see crueltiy to animals I fully approve of and shotgun blast to the heads of cats
BANG!!!
Of course, a good looking gun dog, like mine, that
loves people - unlike cats which like absolutely
nothing - is worthy of play and a pat.

I love pussies
I had a wonderful cat once. It was a Syamize (hope that's spelt correctly). It wasn't really mine, rather it was my nieghbour's. But when my neighbour got a Doberman to guard their house and property, naturally the cat (named Puss Puss) sought new territory to mark as its own.
At first I hated the cat, but she grew on me eventually. Strange how animals can do that sometimes.

I like Peregrine Falcons. They can reach speeds of up to 400 kilomtres per hour when diving. Thats faster then the terminal velocity of a lead ball!
Patzer see check, patzer give check! - Bobby Fischer
OK, they are fast, but I have difficulty seeing any animal getting over aboutn 300 km/hr. I person doing a "pin drop" gets to about 200-250 km/hr. Remember that wind resistance increases at aproximately the third power (x^3) of velocity. Also remember that birds are light, not dense like lead (or even mammals.
I would take this quote from Qld Parks and Wildlife as being more reliable than a Peregrine Falcon fan page.
Peregrine falcons are not only the fastest bird in the world, reaching speeds of up to 180km per hour (some estimates even have them flying at much greater speeds) but they are also one of the most agile aerial hunters.
